Last week in Milan Inglobe has been selected as the best company in the “Digitalization” area of Eni’s CallForGrowth ? an initiative in partnership with growITup, the open innovation platform which supports major companies in forming new partnerships with start-ups and scale-ups.
In the digitalization area ENI aims at making operating manuals completely digital, interactive and integrated with the digital twins.
Inglobe pitched in front of about 30 ENI key managers, providing an overview of HyperIndustry, its Industry 4.0 platform with Augmented Reality features, and sharing ideas on how its adoption could benefit ENI in processes like smart operations, maintenance and training.
Over the next three months ENI and Inglobe will work together to identify the most suitable use cases in order to test the technology in the field.
The Call has involved 119 participants and just 11 of them were invited to pitch ENI in Milan at Cariplo Factory, the head office of the GrowItUp initiative.
Other areas of the contest included solutions to improve health and safety of ENI’s workers and innovative retail ideas for ENI’s service stations.
