Webcam White Screen

Postby jpjapers » 12/01/2012, 21:39

Hi, Ive tried 2 webcams and 2 different plugins (3dsmax and sketchup) and every time all i get is a white screen when i try to view the AR Output. This is becoming incredibly frustrating as i would like to use this for a College presentation. Does anyone know how to fix this?

Thanks

Hello,
please ensure that you have the latest graphics card drivers installed on your PC.

Also, you can try to download the ARPlayer and some of the sample models available at
http://www.inglobetechnologies.com/armedia_player.php
and see if your problem still persits.

I had this issue at a sony vaio that I tested, and I see something: every computer that do not have nvidia or Ati card drivers, could happen this. Intel motherboard graphics cards works fine, But at Sony systems I got the white screen.
Could you please put what graphic cards your PC has?
I will put here the tecnical names of this sony vaio card also.
Chers
