Hello
I am so new about AR media. I downloaded AR Media and activated it. In Google Sketch up when i click the view nothing happens. also Setup button doesnt work. Do you think what is the problem? I am using windows / ultimate and Turkish language for the Sketch up.

Hello,
it's probably the turkish language causing the issue.
Did you try using the English version of SketchUp and see if the problem still persists?

Also, one test you can do is the following:
- open SketchUp
- open the Ruby console (Window -> Ruby console)
- click on the "Setup..." button of ARPlugin
if something appears on the ruby console, please post it here.

I solved the problem.

I download sketch up 6 by mistake. and it doesnt support windows 7. now i download sketch up 8 and its ok
