Description

With ARplug-in, Google Sketch-Up users are allowed to visualize their 3D models using Augmented Reality directly in the real physical space which sorrounds them. In a very precise sense, through ARplug-in, Sketch-Up 3D models can be visualized out of the digital workspace directly on users' desktop, by connecting a simple webcam and by printing a suitable code. The Plug-in provides users with an advanced visualization functionality which serves two main purposes:
  • Study and analize scaled virtual prototypes in real environments
  • Communicate 3D projects immersively and astonishingly
All you need to make ARplug-in work is a personal computer, a webcam and a printed code attached to the software. For optimal functioning, a Dual-core PC with a standard graphic card for 3D videogames are recommended.

Professional Version: The price of a single-seat license amounts to € 99

Student Version: Primary school, secondary school, college, university and accredited school students qualify to order a single-seat license (proof of status is required). No commercial use is allowed. The price of a single-seat (Student) license amounts to € 49. In order to get a license or manage existing licenses click the following links:

Educational Version: Any accredited school, college or university can order educational licenses on a school purchase order. No commercial use is allowed. Notes

  • Please note that some antivirus software may erroneously tag the plugin as a dangerous file while it is not. Such "false positive" has been reported to antivirus software houses and they are going to update their products databases. Meanwhile you can keep using the plugin without worries.   • The plugin comes with a predefined image marker that is not customizable by users. If you need a customized marker please ask the support team.
